1  Re: wallpaper print hip-sling (aka: fanny pack) in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by kristine.alcatraz on: November 01, 2009 07:45:28 AM
yep!  the toad survives at disneyland.  anyway...no shots with the mouse, but this should raise your spirits.  i was 24 when this picture was shot...and i still get giddy when pooh bear is out and about...

anyway, yes yes yes!  i promise to get the tute on here.  ...no really!  i do!  i spend my weekends at my boyfriends house.  so the only time i sew and pattern is when i'm at home.  so, i promise to work on it tonight and hopefully have it up by wednesday.

thanks!  i'm super glad i pulled it off!  I think it could be an inch or 2 bigger...I dunno...

anyway...i'm working on taking my pattern and turning it into a pdf.  i'll try to get it up by midweek.

here's a pic of one i made almost 2 months ago...just 2 pockets and with a bad velcro job...still cute though.

fanny packs...as silly as they were in the 90's...they were pretty functional.  i go to disneyland like every week, and i hate taking my purse.  i also hate stuffing credit cards, ID's, and other things into my pockets only to have them fall out and be lost forever.

anyway...i made this lovely wonder.  let me know what you think.  it was so super duper easy to make...let me know if you want a tute.

all patterns were found on craftster except for the bibs that I ended up googling...

let me know if you want the tute on the bib.
