I've been busy sewing clothing out of my husband and my castoff t-shirts.  I love getting more use out of our clothing, particularly the shirts that are worn or stained.  Because the clothes I make are small, I can work around the problem areas.  On to the pictures!

These are made from one large men's t-shirt and a couple of scraps from another shirt:

This dress is from an Om t-shirt that my inlaws brought me from India.  The shirt is adorable but was not my size, but I've held onto it for years (because it was a gift).  It's cool to be able to finally use it.  I winged this dress, no tutorial or pattern used.

Inspired by Cheytown's tutorial.  I have little experience making clothing, and I'm really excited about how these turned out.  I used two of my husband's "retired" shirts.

The pattern didn't photograph well; it's a black and tan plaid,.



The following dress is lined and finished with homemade bias tape; both firsts for me.
