I always hear that quilts are made with love. Ya, ya, some of my best work was made while I was angry or irritated. Good for you for putting all that to good use.

You could do a log cabin with all the shades of khaki on one side and greens, blues and burgundies (darks) on the other side with his green shirt as the centers. It's so sweet to make somethind like this out of his clothes. Good luck!

My Iron I bought in 1994 for $9.99 just died. I got a shark, it's a pretty nice iron. It's fast and have great steam functions. I do a lot of paper piecing and its wonderful!
