My other swaps are all finished, so I can concentrate on finishing pixieval's package.  WOOT.  I've got a few more things I want to do.  (Requirements?  What requirements?)

Cheesy

The only reason I remember is because my socks are looking at me reproachfully from the back of my couch, lapoli! Cheesy

striker923 - what a great sweater!  I've never done a top-down raglan before, but I may have to.  I can't wait to see how it turns out.

Well, my WIPs aren't much further along than they were last week.  Eep!  (It's been a crazy week).  I'd love to see what you guys are working on though to get me moving on them!

Cheesy

So what do you have on your needles?

Hee.  I do think a Christmas round would be fun, though I may very well need a break by then!  Smiley  I'm wondering, though, since there's not a ton of interest in this round (five of us, it seems ) if it wouldn't be better to just wait for the Holiday version in a few months?

Oooh, what a great package, Lunanne!  I don't know if I can pick a favorite part of it - it all rocks!

I was only thinking the other day about the Frugal swap and how cool a Frugal Christmas swap would be, just picture it, tree decs, wrapping paper, Cards, Recipes blah blah blah!!  Wink

I was thinking this too!  So hmm ... to wait until September to start the swap with send-outs in November?  Or August-October?  Or should this be separate from round 3?

Thoughts?

Hey guys! Sorry I am so late in posting the wonderful package that kaz814 sent to me.

I asked for and received the most awesome car organizer. She managed to pick a girly yet graphic pattern for the backing. Pink and black are my all time favorite colors. Check out the white detail on the ribbon, so cute. Oh, and check out the D-rings. Have to respect a fellow Craftster who is not afraid of the hardware. Smiley

Of course, she spoiled me greatly. Not only did she send the organizer, she sent a trash bag to go with it. She lined it with a plastic material so I could just wipe it out if, er, when it gets dirty.  Can you see it over on the right hand side with the blue paper still in it? Cheesy Even the boys wanted to claim this part. The size of the organizer is perfect, there are tons of little pockets across the top to hold my audio tapes, Zunes, and boxes of raisins. The large pocket on the bottom is a great size to hold two of my many atlases. Most of the time, I spend a ton on atlases just to have them destroyed. Not any more.

But the part that really and truly blew me away was that little statue in this last picture. I happen to know she spent way too much on it but she truly touched my heart by the sheer amount of tenacity she spent just looking for it. I have never seen a Buddha statuette like this. He helps me to focus as I meditate with the added feature of holding my incenses.

I really can not overstate just how wonderful Kaz814 is and how patient she has been while waiting on me to post.

Thank you for everything.

I'm so glad you like everything, rlb!  Cheesy  WOOT!  You were awesome to craft for!

Kaz, how could I possibly resist? the last round tempted me out of Swap retirement and the Frugal swap is soooo much fun. I even have a few Frugal blog links to add to the mix if this one is a go.

So do we get to hear the tag line or are you keeping it secret til signups?!  Wink

You're totally going to have to wait. Cheesy

So do the dates work for everyone?  We can push it back if an October send would be better?
