How would I go about trademarking the name of my crafty business?
I am looking into registering a new domain name and starting up my online business. I've been doing craft shows but I am really want to get into this full force.

How can I be 100% certain no one is using the name currently and how can I protect for future use?

Are there any helpful links, books and such that would be educational on this?

22  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Tips for Participating in Craft Fairs / Craft Show Display on: November 22, 2005 10:19:38 AM
Searching!
I am new to the craft show business! I am loving it! However, I really want to vamp up my table display. I sell beaded jewelry and hand made bags.
I've searched the web for craft fair displays but haven't found anything I like.
I am searching for some funky ideas for my jewelry and hanging my bags in a very simple and pretty fashion. Also some colorful boxes, table top racks and such. I am also looking for a bodice for pictures of long necklaces.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for reading! Grin

That is great though. I am still new to sewing and beading. We could meet up sometime for coffee if you want. I don't know anyone around my area. I am not orignally from here so if we could maybe meet others to have a "meet up" monthly or so?
