1  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / old game controllers on: January 25, 2011 08:10:54 AM
hi
i have three old nes controllers and i already know what i want to do with them (gifts to celebrate an event with friends, well thats all im saying without sounding too geeky)

but my issue is i want to paint them and im seeing a lot of conflicting advice online and i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to do it. i wanna give them a bright base colour then black and white fine detail on top

its not really knitted, its crocheted. there's a tv show called harry hills tv burp and every week he runs a competition where you have to spot the 'knitted character' in the last weeks tv. my (pregnant) sister and brother in law are massive fans so i thought i'd make them their own for the baby
