I am lovin' everyone's cards so far.  Here is one I got today from Casslyra.

Your card is very appropriate because I was laughing at all the dog costumes at Pet Smart right before I got home.  Thanks so much!

6  my one-night glam in Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller by bonanzajellybean on: March 18, 2006 07:42:45 PM
Here are my one-night glam bracelet and necklace.  They were both wicked easy.  I think it took longer to get the tube-o-beads open than it took to make them both.  My only recommendation is try really hard to not make mistakes; when you try to frog wire you will have bad kinks in the wire and it is hard to get the rest of the beads to slide over them.

To make them, I just bought a tube of mixed golden/brown/yellow glass beads and picked out the ones I liked best.  I plan on wearing this with my wedding dress, which has golden beading on the front.  What do you think?

I think I did a good job of hiding the fact that I forgot to buy clasps in these photos! Smiley

7  One-Skein scarf in Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller by bonanzajellybean on: March 09, 2006 04:48:38 PM
Here are some pictures of my one-skein scarf.  I did not make it as long as the one in the pattern, mine is about 60'' long instead of 96''.  I also used yarn that I spun, so it wasn't really one skein, it was two.  I really liked how it turned out.  The only problem is I did not make the ch loose enough so it has a slight curve it in, but it still looks cool.  What do you think?

8  I'm ready for housework apron in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by bonanzajellybean on: August 06, 2005 02:05:56 PM
Here are a couple of pictures the apron I made from the Sew Easy book.  It wasn't hard at all except that I ended up having to make my own bias tape.  I could not find a color that matched.  I found the fabric in the leftover bin for a dollar.  What do you think?

9  Why pay 80 bucks, when I made it for free!! in Knitting: Completed Projects by bonanzajellybean on: August 06, 2005 01:56:35 PM
I saw this awesome scarf in a Anthropologie catalog and they wanted 78 dollars for it.  I sad no way; I could make one myself.  Here is a link to a picture of it http://www.anthropologie.com/jump.jsp?itemID=6869&itemType=PRODUCT&iSubCat=351&iMainCat=335.

And here is mine.  I used both of knitting and crochet to make it.  I think I will add some embellishments like beads to the middle of the flowers later.  What do you think?

10  Gettin' ready for winter scarf in Knitting: Completed Projects by bonanzajellybean on: August 04, 2005 11:24:16 AM
I saw a version of this scarf in a yarn store and had to make on myself.  i use point 5 and some mohair, and while it was really easy to knit it was a pain in the butt to weave in all the ends. i can't wait for winter!

Here is a close up
