I have been able to find "ruffled knit fabric" which is similar to your pic.

They seem to have several colors.

thanks I have that fabric already.  The stuff I'm looking for is like satin fabric...or cotton with either chiffon or lace ruffles.  Thanks again though! Grin

I want to make a pettiromper for my little girl.  I'm guessing you can buy fabric that is ruffly like this, so your not sewing each ruffle on?  Any suggestions? Thanks : )

So I just started sewing.  As In I went to Joann's bought a sewing machine , patterns, fabic and went for it.  This is my second creation and I thought it turned out pretty good for someone that doesn't know what they are doing.  I found out that I just have to wing it I'm not really a pattern follower...lol. Anyway's thanks for letting me share.
