Thanks again everyone Smiley I can't decide which one is my favorite, I like certain things about each one! I'm just incredibly pleased with how they translated from my mind to the actual finished product.
the dolls are so cute!! First time I see pagan style amigurumis! they're great!
Thanks so much! I made them because there is virtually no Pagan amis out there Smiley
Are you doing a tutorial?
Luna
I haven't quite decided what I'm going to do yet, but I'll consider it.

Aww he's so cute! Great job!
This little guy is adorable. I've never actually seen the movie, but yesterday I caught the part of it where he's trying to fly with his funny tail and he can't and it was so sad I had to stop watching it Sad I hope the movie gets less sad from there Sad
It's really a great movie, you should totally try to watch it again Smiley

Thanks everyone Smiley
So cute! I keep trying to work with Fun-Fur, and I keep failing miserably in spite of tutorials. Your Pan looks fantastic, I'm especially in love with his hair! And I love that you thought to do a Spirit elemental as well.

As for capturing true colors, try adjusting your camera's white balance and exposure settings, if it has them. Smiley
I struggled with fun fur for a while too. All it takes is some practice, I'm sure you can do it! I'll have to play around with my camera and see if I can figure out the settings on it, thanks for the advice Smiley
I absolutely ADORE the Pan! Did you use a pattern? I would like to try to make one for myself. I think I might try using regular yarn for the legs and then weaving fun fur into it afterwards.
Thanks Smiley He is completely original. I used regular yarn to make his legs, then went back over it with the fun fur. I did his hair the same way.

5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Two more dolls - Akasha, the Spirit Elemental Doll, and Pan on: July 10, 2011 12:32:16 PM
I wanted to share my two newest dolls. I finally got around to making a Spirit elemental doll, and then Pan came about through a chat with my friend. She basically challenged me to make him, so of course I had to accept! Cheesy
Akasha, my elemental doll of Spirit. Her hair is a deep purple, my camera just can't pick that up for some reason.
Pan! He took forever to do because of the fun fur, but I think he's worth it Smiley

It sounds to me like you are supposed to chain 35, and when you are going back across your chains, put 2 sc in each ch across. Hope that helps!
