1  Cute Rag Dolls in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Nannypoo on: January 13, 2010 08:57:25 AM
I visited my local library and found a rag doll pattern and made my two grand daughters each a doll.  They got to choose the hair color, buttons for the eyes, and the pattern and color of fabric for the dress. I had so much fun that I am making more. Right now I am in the process of making a doll for my grand daughter in Hawaii. She is only a few months old so I am embroidering the eyes. I love collecting buttons and using them for the eyes of my dolls to make them unique. I use to sat at my grandmothers feet and play with her jar of buttons for hours. I'll have more dolls to post soon.
