put it through your shredder and use it for stuffing packages. that is what i have done with those goofy left over pieces. it won't matter whether you really tore into it or not.

i would suggest a shadow box of sorts to keep dust and tiny little livestock out. are they army, or any othe specific armed force? you might find a shadow box related to that. just google shadow box or go to Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc.
i could check out the post office and see if the shipping isn't bad. like our flat rate envelope - can put a brick in it as long as it fits! i think they have the same for international. so i may be up for sending some your way as well! the bags are cheap, but well see about shipping. i might just throw in some happy do dads that i'm not gonna use, but are pretty anyway. pm me with the addy.
