My fiance and I finally set a date. We made if a while away (almost 2 years haha) but I'm really glad because (being a crafty chick) I want to do a lot of it myself, and this will give me ample time.
I had this idea for my save the dates originally, but realizing I would have to make 100+ of them was pretty intimidating. I was still dying to incorporate this idea somewhere and this is what I came up with:



I'm so excited and how it came out. It says bridal party because I'm planning to 2 bridesmen as well  (and emu has been my nickname since I was 15).
Our colors are bright pink and green and we plan on using cherry blossoms.

I decided to post what I sent jedimindcrafter after seeing all the perler bead fun. Hope she doesn't mind.



There is a keychain of Sailor Mars in a swimsuit, a card/sticker of Moon, Mercury and Mars,  perler bead Tuxedo Mask,  a note on some old Sailor Moon stationery I had from aaaages ago, and a bottle cap necklace w/ the cover of one of the first soundtracks in it (in resin).
I didn't get a picture of the pocky, lychee gummies, or Japanese sour candies.

I had so much fun with this swap. I hope she can get some better pictures since I only thought to take this one right before I packed everything up.

My daughters are are con goers would just squee over this. LOL They both survived Flood Con 2010(Mtac Nashville), and being that I was crazy enough to drive in that Flood and make it to and from. I was told to *I Survived Flood Con 2010* as well. LOL

Great job! One day I will be gutsy to sit and make a doll. LOL

I was there too! My fiance and I managed to get out of Nashville about an hour before they closed all the highways going out (we're from Atlanta).
