I  butter the springform (not only the bottom but the sides too) and then I put flower in it so there is just a thin layer of butter and flower Smiley
I hope I made any sense

Also Parchment paper for baking is a good solution!

Besides the Phildar ,the (3!) Veritas-shops, the Banier and the AVA paper store in Ghent, you also have the Singer-shop on the Vrijdagsmarkt 59. Besides sewingmachines and -materials they sell all sorts of crafty material.
There is also a fabric-store but it's expensive (by my opinion).
The Sleepstraat (the Turkish neighborhood of Ghent) has more inexpensive fabric-stores. There you can buy fabric of 2/m!

In shopping-center: 't Zuid, there is a Pipoos a small craft store.

Hi, This is my second hat knitted! I started last year with knitting and I love to make hats!
For me this one has to much little mistakes but everybody else loves it! He has felt eyes with buttons on it.
