I am EXCITED about dinner tonight  =) My Mom is on vacation & on Cape Cod for a few days, so tonight is LOBSTER ,just arrived in mail!!
Steamed lobster (I put a little vodka, sea salt & lemon in with water), grilled corn, boiled red potatoes, bread & butter.  =)   Can't wait!!
5  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Baby Showers And Gifts For New Babies / Re: Baby name letters on: August 11, 2010 02:40:55 PM
The letters look great!! How are you hanging them?
It was nice you were able to get them in the foam, for so much less. I didn't know you could pant on foarm, I thought it would make is desinagrate, may that was just with the spary paint I have dried with in the past.
I love the stickers you choose too, great theme for a little gusy room.

10  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Seafood Pasta Salad on: August 04, 2010 11:55:16 AM
Super Simple & Super tasty.
Line a strainer with a couple coffee filters or extra thick papertowles. Use this to drain a tub of low fat sour cream.
once drained mix in several tablespoons apple cider vinagar.
While sour cream is drainng cook pasta bowties or twists till al dante.  Make sure to lighly salt the water. Drain pasta & rise well with very cold water. drain very well.
Mix pasta with sour cream mixture & shredded imitation crab legs & diced cocktail shrimp. (can add very well drained, flaked tuna or salmon too.)
Add diced celery & some celery seed. Add sea salt & fresh grated black pepper to taste, won't need much.
Serve very cold. Especially good on a bed of baby spinash dressed with a light oil & lemon.
