1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Freezer Paper Sailor Neptune on: February 02, 2012 11:45:13 AM
I made this shirt for the amazing Oath Keeper as part of a personal swap. Since we both loved Sailor Moon I couldn't resist from creating this for her since Sailor Neptune is her favorite (as an added bonus it glows in the dark). While it didn't come out as dark as I would like it I think next time I will do the glow in the dark paint over a darker color.

2  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Spike quote on: February 02, 2012 11:17:16 AM
I am horribly bad about posting pictures recently but I did a personal swap with the amazing talented Oath Keeper. The original package was eaten by the postal service but I couldn't let a fellow Buffy fan down. Especially since we both love Spike and this amazing quote.

3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Owl Beanie madness! on: February 02, 2012 11:07:33 AM
I have recently gone through a giant owl beanie phase which my kids and and gaming group fell victim too. They are such good sports.

The original Trio for my gaming group.. Angry Birds has nothing on them.

But then my children had such a good time trying on the owl beanies that I needed to make some for them.

And of course the Rainbow Owl is modeled by my youngest...because all hats need a model.

4  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Avatar the Last Airbender on: August 28, 2011 05:18:05 AM
Since my partner has recieved her package I can finally show this piece off. For the swap I stitched all the element symbols from the show. This is my first attempt at cross stitch and I am officially hooked.  Wink

Forgive the icky flash my camera wasn't cooperating with me that day.
5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Discussion and Questions / Need help with mounting amigurumis on plaques on: May 28, 2011 10:12:31 AM
There was an awesome post of a gaming room where there was an amigurumi dragon head mounted on a plaque. I am gearing up for a crafty Holiday season and I would love to give some gaming friends their own mounted dragon head. I just can't seem to figure out how the amigurumi was mounted on the plaque. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
