111  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / This week's (yep, playfood again!) LOTS. on: November 15, 2009 07:36:25 PM
I made a blog showing and explaining some of the stuff I did Smiley

Lettuce

Fluffy Cauliflower (it's a new variety!)

Carrots

(this one has peas in a bottle cap so it makes a rattle! gonna send it to my expecting sister!)

Infusion pouch: Cinnamon, Mint, Wild Flowers and Citrus.

I don't remember if I shown you those:

Potatoes, with one that can be cut and one that unpeel.

Last time I bought Pizza I asked for an extra box Smiley ! Got some difficulties making the crust, next time it'll be slices so it'll be easier...

close-up

and finally, Apples! 4 of them. + 2 slices...
will be doing 2 more and put some velcro so it holds as a whole apple.
I'm totally in love with that color, btw

I constantly have new favorite!

I made this for my lovely boyfriend:

Saw some on etsy =tags&includes[]=title]here. Told myself I could easily do it

Mine is actually way simpler then hers; All I did was cut the right size according to the cardboard cup I had on hands (a small btw). I blanket stitched the side with brown threat and I embroidered this image found out of google. It really pleased my geeky lover!
As for the Velcro, it has sticky back, so no need to sew!
114  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Yesterday's batch on: November 10, 2009 05:06:37 PM
Yesterday was all about breakfast! I made a sliced bread and some eggs, to go with the bacon.

At least I could digest those egg! I'm intolerant to real ones Sad

I'm still unsatisfied by my round eggs!.. So I'm not showing those!
115  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / This weekend's effort (again, tons of stuff!) on: November 08, 2009 07:03:53 PM

Lait means Milk, in case some of you are totally unable to speak French Tongue

Bacon; First time I used the sewing machine for food...

There's one that can be cut and one that unpeel Smiley

those are now my favorite!! they both are the end, I have 3 more to do Smiley

.... And that was meant to be an egg. Ahah! didn't happen. I turned it into a garlic instead!

... Now I'm off looking for egg tutorial. It will help a bit!

Stay tune for more!

118  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Some playfood on: November 03, 2009 06:08:47 PM
I've decided to built a play kitchen for my daughter, and with that I'll make some felt play food Smiley

Here are my first tries, enjoy!

White Galettes (this one is a running joke- It's the only thing my divorced uncle can do well!)

Cooked and Uncooked (there are 6 of each... But one seems missing.. pretty sure I'll find it soon though!)

A lime

a Grape

And cakes to be decorated! More decoration to come.
119  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / The little Witch on: October 03, 2009 05:06:58 PM

Here's my little witch!
The felt hat is from a dog costume, I just replaced the bow with a yellow one
The tutu was made of the crinoline from my prom dress, with the same yellow ruban
The dress is one she had already, and add black stocking.
Instant witch costume!
120  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / magical pincushions on: September 25, 2009 08:25:12 PM

this is now my most used pincushion! I only stuffed a ball of fabric in a dollar store plastic cauldron Smiley

I wish it could be more obvious but, this is a pink pincushion. and a really tiny one.
made out of a tiny votive holder.
