I had a friend that was getting ready for a yard sale, and had some nice nurse scrub tops for sale. I confiscated a couple and knew when I saw this pink paisley fabric I *HAD* to make a purse with it! The lining was some fabric I have had for a bit, and just couldn't wait to use! I love the smiling skully!!

The basic purse design (other than flap, I added that last minute) and coin and wallet designs were found online, I just put them together with style. LOL

  the outer shell completed, starting to work on the lining. I have made this pattern before, but I had never done it with more than one fabric. So I was thrilled when the ribbon and lower fabric turned out so well.

Completed purse and wallet. I hadn't decided to make the coin purse when I took this pic. LOL. I have decided as well that I need to make a larger zippered purse for my papers and stuff I tend to shove in there.

I absolutely love this. it took me almost as long to rip ALLLL the seams out of the scrub as it did to actually sew this together. LOL Those things are very sturdily put together, I must say.

I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on sewing a plush cell phone toy for a toddler?

I have minimal basic sewing skills. So if need be I might can wrangle one together myself, but if I could look at one already done, or a tut, it would help.

I want to make one for my sister's grand baby as part of her Christmas gifts from me. (I'm also trying my hand at making felt food for the first time for her. )

Any help would be appreciated . Thanks
