I love them. Your photography is great, too. What pattern did you use?

Volumortis, As long as your orders are for hand-spun then custom orders count for this thread! I agree with a_a in that I love that first one! I'll be cliche here and tell you I want to squish it.

A_a I am loving those thick and thin singles. What kind of fiber is it? It looks very squishy too.

Wow, Bella, that's a lot! I love the first one! The Squishy merino singles makes me want to do singles again. I can only ever get nice singles on my spindle though. ? Ooh, but I want to squish it and love it.

Here's my contribution:

It's some kind of wool that Chrissews sent me in a personal swap. I was going for a sock weight yarn but I don't think I achieved it.

Yes!
2475  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Christmas/Winter Ninni Swap; send by 12/7 on: November 18, 2011 07:52:16 AM
It occurred to me after my last post that we discovered in the last Ninni swap that "Ninni" is another word for "boob" so when you mention "Ninnies bouncing around the craft room" well, that's every day for me. Not that I have a craft room but...

This is amazing. I've suddenly heard a lot about paper clay, but never on so small a scale. You did an excellent job. *pinned* and *rocked*

actually, TSM, I was laughing. I found it remarkably hilarious. And when Alice dumped her applesauce on my sister's white shirt (that I was wearing) I got an Ani song in my head "I don't mind spilling hot sauce on my white shirt... As long as I'm with you, I'm having a good day." It was funny because everything was all right until my husband got home. He had had a really crappy day and so had everyone in his office. I think he brought it home with him. Didn't affect me! I am awesome.

Also, my thermometer in this house is wrong! 72 my balls! How can craft in this?! My nose is frozen.

So I got the _____ done and went through the bag of stuff I have for this swap. The count: 5 small (some repeats) and 2 what I would consider medium handmades and 17 bought items (also some repeats). Still no stocking. Been busy making something for nobody instead of for this swap or my real Cmas. And my stupid sister won't answer her phone so I can't work on real Cmas much either without her input for Morgan. Bah. I'm getting there.

In other news, a bird shit on my head, my 2 yo threw up at the restaurant, and my husband spilled his tea on my dinner all in one night. Not kidding.

I buy mine from Sam's Wink These would be great teacher's gifts! I was worried because this is the first year I get to do teacher's gifts and I think there are 3 ladies in his classroom that I would feel the need to gift to. I am so happy I know what we are going to make for them now! Russ will be so happy! I even have extra cellophane bags from his birthday party to tie them in! Now how do I get them to the school without them breaking in his bag?

Gummy-[Ninnies], bouncing here and there and everywhere...

I found some fabric I think will work (the only wintery fabric I think I have ever owned) last night while looking through my scraps for another project for the Stocking swap/my own winter decor. Yup, making en masse and keeping 1/2 for myself. That's how I roll. Maybe some will get thrown in with this swap package?
