1  Wrapped Necklace in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by TurtlesOnAFence on: July 26, 2011 07:43:44 AM
Hello Smiley The other day I made this necklace using handles from old gift bags, an old headband (the jeweled part), some embroidery thread and a button. I was inspired by the wrap bracelets on Honestly WTF. http://honestlywtf.com/ (Love that site!)

and I made a few bracelets while I was at it.

2  Teesha Moore Style Sketchbook in Completed Projects by TurtlesOnAFence on: June 14, 2011 06:36:43 PM
I made this sketchbook cover for a friend's birthday. I forgot to take a picture of the book with the cover on the scrapbook, but that's okay. I was inspired by the Teesha Moore Fabric Journal Youtube videos and it was actually a pretty fun project to do. This was all hand stitched (well the large majority of it). I had lots of extra fabric and there was a button sale at Fabricland which served me well. My friend really enjoyed the present Smiley

3  Safety Pin Bracelets in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by TurtlesOnAFence on: June 13, 2011 08:15:28 AM
Recently, I've been making safety pin bracelets for friends because they're easy to make, look nice and don't cost a lot of money. Smiley I made a fourth on using silver pins and the same beads in the last bracelet, along with long metallic ones, but I don't have a photo, unfortunately.

Here's the tutorial: http://www.ehow.com/how_4443285_make-safety-pin-jewelry.html.

6  Not your average paper clip necklace... in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by TurtlesOnAFence on: December 15, 2010 09:46:01 PM
So this is my first post with pics Smiley I decided to do a twelve days of Christmas thing since I have a lot of free time before my next exam. I wanted to make something with stuff I had, hence paper clip necklaces. My fav and the fav of my friends and family is the first one. I like the rest too but they are just regular old paper clips. Hope you like them Smiley
