You executed this so well!  All I can do is smile like a goob when I look at it.
2  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Sour over Lemonsharks on: March 28, 2010 12:19:05 PM
I'm definitely going to have to eat some Lemonheads.  Not the sharks that is.  Actually, that is a good question.  Do the lemon/lemonhead sharks taste anything like their counterparts?  (Not that I condone eating shark of course!)

I think both pairs are super pretty.  I love your color choices!

Now I'm inspired to try and make my own little piggy for my soon-to-be daughter's collection.  Everything about Virginia is awesome!

That's a pretty unique idea.  How do you crochet the plastic?  Do you tear/cut it into strips?  I keep thinking it must rip apart easily during the process.  I don't know much about crocheting with experimental materials so that's why I'm asking.   Smiley
7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Super Fighting BunnieBard! A Mega Man helmet (and Protoman, Bass, X, and Metool) on: November 30, 2009 10:58:16 AM
My boyfriend is a HUGEEEE Megaman/Rockman fan (he even has a tattoo of him jumping on his wrist) and would DIE if i made/brought him home one of these.  If you ever post a pattern or have one for sale, FOR SURE keep me in the know =]
Great work!

This is a song called "Crazy Jane" by SF/East Bay Area band Dizzy Balloon.
Enjoy!
[when I first watched it, it made me want to just make a mess with all my old yarn i'm probably never going to use and just dance around in it ]

10  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Re: Suggestions for Scrap Blanket? on: September 26, 2009 02:37:21 AM
Thank you everyone for all the great suggestions!
The two-strand blanket sounds like a great idea.  I like the idea of gradually changing the colors.
Also, I like the idea of doing just random stitches and getting some crazy design.
I think what I'm going to try is a mix of both and see what happens.  =]
Happy accidents always have the best results!

Thank you again!
