Thanks guys! I got the fabric at a really weird "fabric by the pound" store. Not really sure why they call it that because you don't really buy it that way. Hahahaha. But I found out that small random fabric shops have better stuff than big places.  Smiley

Hello all!! So here is the top half of a bikini I'm making. I haven't had a chance to finish the bottom yet but hopefully I will before its bikini season again (which is only a month away here in AZ! Yay!!) Sorry for the weird angle, I was home alone hahaha. The strings look kind of weird because its braided  Tongue

C & C greatly appreciated!!

74  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / octopus have your heart? Giant pics for some reason??? on: February 23, 2010 04:57:30 PM
SO, I'm on here ll the time but never remember to post anything I (attempt) to do. This is my first venture into clay. It was fun but a lot harder to work with then I thought.

This is just a couple pink octopus tentacles holding on to each other.  Smiley After I baked them I covered them with glittery mod podge.

This one I also made a heart and had them hold it. I think it's cute haha. I also covered that one with mod podge.

And lastly a couple resin pendants . One has multi colored beads in it. The other has sand and seashells in it. I love the beach and being in Arizona I have to embrace a fake beach hahaha!

Sorry the pictures suck, my camera is angry and camera phone sucks Tongue

C & C greatly appreciated! And if anyone knows how to make these HUUUUUGE pictures smaller let me know! Thanks!!

those are great! and sort of answer a question i had. i have lurking the soaps for a while and want to try it. i have an idea that i think would be really cute. i need to make a circle inside another one, and i want the color all the way through similar to your apple corer one. do you mind telling me how you did that? or maybe if you know of something/somewhere that could break it down for me? thanks so much and awesome post!!
