so i've been really into making bags lately. this little market tote is made from a really light canvas material. the peace sign and the braided straps are made from and old leather chair! it's 15x14x6 so it's a nice good size. i love it!
So my bf and I have been hitting up yard sales a lot lately and i fell in love with this old suitcase. it was super nasty on the inside and smelled like an old person times 12348746531 but i couldn't say no. so i tore it apart and relined it with a red flower quilted cotton. and i loooove it now even more!! my little sister is going to use it at her wedding to hold cards people bring them
I have had this red quilted fabric for a while and didn't know what to do with it. I finally decided to make it into a bag since it gives it a nice sturdy shape but not too stiff. It measures 8x7x2 and the bottom corners are boxed. I hand sewed on a bunch of sequins into the shape of a heart!
The outside is gray jersey and the red is on the inside
I think it's pretty darn cute. C&C welcome xoxo jojo
I have been seeing crocheted cupcake hats for a while and finally got around to making one. I just kind of winged it. I definitely messed up and had to frog it a few times but I finally got it! and now i know what i'll want to change next time. nonetheless, i still love it and think it turned out pretty darn good!
I hand sewed a bunch of colorful bugle beads (i think that's what they are called) on the top o act like shiny little sprinkles!
i whipped these bad boys up a couple nights ago. i made the pink ones first and loved them so much i decided to make another pair. the pattern isn't really a patern at all. i just kind of winged it and tried it on as i went so there was definitely a lot of frogging haha but i think i have it figured out now! woot!
**can anyone help me? if i upload this picture anywhere it keeps putting it upside down. even if i correct it. wtf??** C&C welcome
