Very creative! Quite a different twist on the normal gingerbread house.
2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Belt to bracelet on: January 11, 2010 02:42:58 PM
Both are made from an old belt and some embroidery floss and snaps.

The first one was inspired by a bracelet that Taylor Swift wears.

This one I just stitched a flower like pattern around the existing holes from the belt.
3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Black Beads on: January 11, 2010 02:35:56 PM
Pretty Simple. The first one I made for myself. The second one I made 5 of for myself, my mom, my aunt, grandmother, and cousin.

4  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Car Shoes on: January 11, 2010 01:50:28 PM
I forgot to take a before picture, but basically the parts that are covered in pictures were see-thru. (Very Ugly) I bought them years ago to go with a prom dress and didn't have the heart to throw them out.  My boyfriend is a huge car freak so that inspired me to "borrow" and cut up a car magazine to cover the see-thru parts. I haven't worn them yet but they make me happy to look at them in my shoe collection.

Oh yeah I just used mod-podge to adhere the pictures.

The green reminded me of Wicked...and maybe the outline of the Emerald city? haha I know I'm crazy, they are very nice tho!
6  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Re: UPDATE 9/22-More fun with xx-hi converse: Button them up! on: January 11, 2010 01:21:40 PM
I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like those button cons, very creative.
7  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Re: Upcycled sweater boots (w/mini tutorial!) on: January 11, 2010 01:19:51 PM
I have been looking at these every day since you posted them... I guess I am a little bit of a stalker, but I want them so bad! haha I'll have to keep my eye out for a good, old sweater to use!

Such a great idea. It adds a lot to a pair of cheap-o flip flops
9  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: a collection of painted tables on: January 11, 2010 01:01:02 PM
Very fun and colorful!
10  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Welsh Quilt on: January 11, 2010 12:58:38 PM
I recognized the Welsh flag right away. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has done Welsh themed crafts! (My dad and grandfather are proud Welshmen also)
