41  EvPants in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Crying Goddess on: June 21, 2010 01:33:14 PM
I found an old pair of jeans in my clothes and I wanted to add some color to them. Then I realized I own no clothes from my favorite band Evanescence so I grabbed some felt and made these pants.

On the right side it has the Evanescence symbol and it says "Evanescence" and I put a music note key chain I found on it.
On the left side it has a piano and a little swirly thing at the bottom.

42  Re: Craftster Swag, taking over the world!! (Post pics of your Craftster swag here!) in Craftster Itself by Crying Goddess on: June 18, 2010 06:24:34 PM
Not really exotic but here's one of me

I got it during happy hour and it came 3 days later I was so happy to see it. It was a nice surprise to get after a long day at school.
I think the funniest thing that happened while I was wearing this was I found a bunch of felt at a yard sale and I (without hesitation) grabbed all of it. The woman gave me a weird look but I think she saw my shirt because she said "Looks like you got lucky." And my reply was "Yep I hit the felt jackpot!"

43  No sew Men's Button down shirt into a skirt (Tute Included) in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Crying Goddess on: June 13, 2010 02:24:35 PM
So I was messing around and I ended up making this skirt by accident.

Tute

1)Take the collar and fold it down. The first button should fold down with it

2)Now use the second button to button the top of your skirt

3)Button down the rest of your skirt

4)Now put you sleeves inside the skirt

EDIT: You may also sew the sleeves to make pockets and it'll be an almost no sew project. Thanks for the idea ScotSkipper402!

And there you have it! If anyone is crazy enough to try this please put up pics. And if there's something you don't understand in the tute just ask.

48  The weirdest skirt ever in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Crying Goddess on: May 02, 2010 05:20:22 PM
So my aunt gave these pants a while ago. She got them at a second hand store and they were the kind that you get at hot topic and places like that. So of course me loving goth clothing was thrilled until I looked at the size.

Um size 0? I think not.

So I made this skirt! (sorry no before pics)
