24  Harry Potter Scarves in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Crying Goddess on: November 18, 2010 07:01:47 AM
I must confess when it comes to scarves I am addicted to making them. When I go out and see a beautiful (yet expensive) scarf I examine it for quite a while figuring out the materials to make my own.
Now enter the fact that I love Harry Potter and you get these scarves from old shirts.

The first one is a typical scarf. I just cut out squares and used the bottom for the fringe. Then for the other one I cut the sleeves and used my wrist to get this cool looping effect. It's hard to explain but I may be putting up a tute.

26  Kat Von Dee Inspired Shirts in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Crying Goddess on: October 05, 2010 03:09:49 PM
Based off of this video here. I made a few changes to mine.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtEoqwS5urc

This one is the one I made for myself. It was really big before hand now it fits nicely. Like Kat says in the video you can tie it how you want. Mine is a little loose.

And I made this one for my friend.

27  Re: One Tiny Zelda Thing Swap GALLERY! in The Swap Gallery by Crying Goddess on: October 04, 2010 04:39:45 PM
I got mine today! CartoonJunkie you spoiled me too much! My sister said "Oh yeah you got a package today." Me: (singing) I got the swap package!

Inside and outside she did a great job!

I loved the green! It makes me think of Link's clothes!

Isn't he just the cutest? I was so happy after seeing him.

My awesome shirt! At least I don't have to worry about what shirt I'm going to wear to school tomorrow! And trust me when I say there is one happy face that the camera cut off.

Poor Link the triforce is bigger then he thought it would be!

I love it so much CartoonJunkie! I really can't thank you enough! Thank you for making my first swap so much fun!  Grin

29  Blind Mag's Headband (For Zero) in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Crying Goddess on: July 14, 2010 07:20:40 PM
Along with this card (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=353847.0) I'm giving my friend Zero (her nickname) a headband that looks like the one Blind Mag wears in Repo! The Genetic Opera.

This is the one that inspired it.

Now here's mine

Opps I had it on backwards. And I looked like crap in case your wondering why I'm wearing sunglasses inside and covering my face with material.

30  Zero's Card in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by Crying Goddess on: July 14, 2010 07:12:27 PM
This is for one of my best friends (nickname: Zero) Her birthday is coming up so I made her this card and a head band. She loves homemade things so here we go.
I tried to make it look like a leather corset but it didn't quite turn out like I wanted it to.
Here's the pictures.
