Details of swap: 4 point swap

You will be crafting 4 points of swap. This can be 4 smalls, 1 large and a small or a medium and two smalls or however you want really.  for your partner around what she/he likes.
A large could be an elaborate shrine, a medium a bound book of loteria cards or small a tiny punched tin magnet. Get out your glitter, your bottle caps, colorful tissue paper and your charms!

The crafting time is about 8 weeks, so be sure to make a package YOU would want to receive!

here is a cushion although not massively impressive was my first teaching experience.

My boyfriend decided it was what he wanted to make so we brought white cotton and i made a stencil. i may have been the one to actually stencil as Ben is a wonderful web developer but not so good at drawing/ painting. Then we sewed to together. joint project really (i say joint i mean me but benj helped). the image is a lot crisper in reality. I was quite proud really.

He is for my friend for her birthday but it took me ages to get it how i wanted it so i was quite proud.

He is not very photogenic/ it maybe i am the worst photographer ever.

i recently made a similar garland for an owl swap but liked it so much i made one for my bookshelf.

I was thinking maybe... mexican. maybe small swap. maybe wrestlers and jesus and mary items, day of the dead  ( a bit early i know) and glitter and all things awesome.

Maybe a small swap. any comments suggestions or is this a bad idea?

me and my ben decided that our sofa which was a cheapo ikea job was getting a bit dirty. we have two house rabbits that although lovely are black and furry. not good for a white sofa. i found this fabric at the market a book from a charity shop and some tacks and away we went - just the chair to do now. got a bit excited so posted pic before i have covered the chair thou.





Ben tacking the side - yes we did not do the best job at this.




see it does look poo underneath but only perdy rabbit sees this side.



The finished result

i made owls and toad stools out of felt. mainly cus i had some scraps left over but they now keep my shelf safe from intruders. i like to think they come alive at night. not the toadstools thou.
