I think that if you open the signups in December, late December maybe, and keep it open for a month (think that was the maximum time you can have the signup open, but I could be wrong since it's ages since I hosted a swap). I think most people wouldn't mind starting to craft in the middle of January. Hopefully someone else has another suggestion if they don't like this.

Finally I was able to take a semi decent picture of my tiny hp creature.

This is my third time swapping with Ruby Copperhead, I have Severus and Lucius from before, and now I have a first year Blaise Zabini, another of my favourite characters.

He's really amazing, and Ruby Copperhead has outdone herself. Not only did Blaise receive a wonderful robe, with a hoodie, but he also have a tie and a collar. I love my tiny stuffie

I'm also really glad my package arrived (was starting to worry someone jealous of the items might have stolen it ) Great that you love the hoopla, I do as well. It was so much fun to put the whole thing together. The flowers are actually paper flowers, tried with real flowers but they smouldered up so I had to change that idea.
