that site is a lifesaver
 
and yeah... my bedroom is quite a special place

three layers
this is pretty big, the size of nine computer papers
taped together and then laminated with contact paper or whatever it's called. sticky clear vinyl stuff.
cut with a dull exacto knife (i'm impatient and didn't go buy new blades)
took several hours with a few breaks because it hurt my back to cut for so long

it's my first three layer

that is totally awesome that you knit fabric. what size fabric strips did you use? and what size needles? my cats like to help me on my ibook too 

i cut the fabric into strips about 3" wide and as long as possible
and size 35 needles

so i knitted up some fabric strips (a lot harder than it sounds, actually)



then sewed it into a tote bag



with bright pretty lining



then later i made this
