1  Re: DIY Containers for herb garden (recycled materials) in Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects by scrills on: July 04, 2009 06:13:47 PM
Just thought I would update, the herbs are doing great in these containers. I think the basil may need something bigger at this point, but overall everything is great

6  TURKEY DAY HELP: in need of creative (tablescape) solution in Discussion and Questions by scrills on: November 16, 2006 08:51:42 AM
The plan was to have the new guy that I'm dating in town for a quiet weekend and a simple dinner. In fact, I was going to grill. Well now my family is coming. I am hitting a major mental block when it comes to getting the table together. I've been in my house for 2 years and I haven't unpack my dishes yet and now I need setting for 6. This is what my living room looks like. Any one have any creative ideas?

I'm sure I'm not the only one hosting Turkey-Day dinner for the first time. So any one with any ideas on how you make the holiday great, by all means, please share.

7  Re: UPDATE: Dresser and Bed that I made in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by scrills on: December 06, 2005 09:30:41 PM
I added some art and accessories. The bar code painting was inspired by RM.

The clock is a piece of concrete tubing and the clocks parts from an IKEA clock. I had all the numbers left over from the bedroom wall.
