4  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: Mortarboard decoration tips? on: May 08, 2010 11:12:07 AM
Oh yeah, they definitely will - a good number of people did it last year. I'm only decorating the top of it, so it really only makes a difference when you look at it from a bird's eye view Smiley
5  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Mortarboard decoration tips? on: May 07, 2010 12:35:20 PM
Heyo,

I'm graduating from college this month (actually, in a little over a week - eep!) and want to decorate the top of my mortarboard. Has anyone done this before and, if so, do you have any tips (i.e., things that don't work)? I'm not totally sure what I'm doing yet, but I am somehow enamored by the possibility of sequins...

Thanks Smiley

This is amazing! This makes me want to make a chesire cat teapot cozy (random, I know, but the tail reminded me of a spout...somehow XD)

The second one reminds me of the movie "Undertaking Betty," in which Christopher Walken attempts to market "theme" funerals Tongue
