I finished my pirate outfit, ostensibly it's for burning man, but you never know when you may need to go out plundering. Right?
The blouse I actually followed a pattern! Not my strongest suit!

The corset/top/thingy is put together from a cheap hook and eye tank top and a little boys halloween shirt.( yes it does glow in the dark!)

and the skirt i just kinda made up with some fabric and scraps  i had already

 and the whole thing.

My pops made the necklace- hand carved bone- and of course no pirate outfit could be complete with out some 1970's motocross boots. (because i'm a geek for boots)
Thanks for looking, this is my first completed project post.

sweeeet! I've been telling everyone that dinosaurs are the new pirates, and now here's proof. very cute hoodies.
This pic isn't the best. But  i made my b.f. and i hooligan kinda 80's dinosaur outfits for burning man. We bought cheap baseball caps from walgreens and sewed on foam spikes in matching colors. We stenciled our names on our shirts.I made funny claw gloves.  He's a Par-t-rex and i'm a rock-a-saur. My sis was dino-mite. You can't see it but i have stegasours-like spikes on my back as well. uber-fun

hope this works, it's my first post.
