I need to download and post some photos of Aurora's shenanigans in Australia. We went to Jacaranda festival, drank coffee and ate antipasto, went to the beach and bonded with puppies Rosie and Rocket. Pictures to follow!!

So, long story short, my craft room was turned upside down, whilst I clear out bins, fill filing cabinets, and put my craft room back in order.

I sent a couple of days ago and just got around to letting Pixiefrefly and hgddm know. It will take some time to get there so really not that early  Hope you like Pixiefirely as much as enjoyed making them!!

I am almost there - just some finishing touches I hope I can get done before we travel for this weekend coming to my mum's for her 60th 

Glad it arrived Alliekat914 - I so forgot to put a note in explaining where I got the design idea from (I have always been taken by the poster series on Do Not Call Me A Geek website featuring where the design for this hoop came from - there's a TARDIS one too - woot).

And Smiggle is this wonderful stationary range here in Australia with cute items like those pencils. Who doesn't need some extra pencils?!?

wow, what an epic hoop, i havent seen discworld but i have occasionally seen that image around, but it looks beautiful stitched...(it is a movie right?)

I am such a Discworld geek - it is a comedy fantasy book series by a guy called Terry Pratchett and based around this world he has created called Discworld. It rides along on the back of 4 elephants who are in turn on an old turtle (Great A-Tuin). They have turned some of the books into movies (like Hogfather, Light Fantastic/Color of Magic and Going Postal). I better stop before I go on and on about how awesome they are (there's about 38/39 books in total in the series!!)

Now everyone - don't be jealous   I received an absolutely gorgeous Discworld hoop from Averia! The stitching is mind blowing (satin stitch indeed!!) and the image is the best.



Thank you so much Averia for such a beautiful hoop - my hoop wall should be finished in the next couple of weeks and I will post another photo with it in prime spot!!

Woot - have started on some Dia De Los Meurtos crafties for Pixiefirefly!! I think I have enough in my crafting stash to make the ideas I have and I get to learn a new skill in the process
