Actually I wasn't even aware you could iron interfacing to paper, this opens up a whole new realm of crafts to me. *off to look at all the pretty paper I have collected over the years*

If you have some of the fabric you used originally I would test it by spraying it first to make sure it won't do weird things to the fabric. I have been thinking about doing this too. I had a mini-messenger bag that I made and the bottom is scuzzy. Ewww! Let me how it turns out if you try it.  Grin

Hi I have been lurking here for awhile and have to say I love this pattern. Now have a question, I had bookmarked a link from here that told an easier way to do these handles, well I just accidently deleted it.  Embarrassed I was wondering if anyone knows where it is? I have been looking for awhile with no luck.
