1  My first post ever! A few skirts and a wallet! (many pics) in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by FiendxAngelical on: July 09, 2012 02:19:12 AM
I have been a long-time lurker of Craftster (for at least a few years! maybe even 4 or 5 years!), loving things people made, but I have never posted before. It is very rare that I can find affordable skirts I like, so I have decided to make myself some. These are the first three of many skirts to come. These are made from cotton fabrics, have pockets and side zippers:

The wallet I had was large and I couldn't comfortably fit it in the pockets of my skirt, so I made this wallet from left over fabric of a Marvel skirt I am currently in the middle of making:

I also made a dinosaur dress for my best friend's niece that just turned two, posted on the kids' clothing board: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=411163.0

2  A dinosaur dress for a toddler! in Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects by FiendxAngelical on: July 09, 2012 02:17:49 AM
My best friend's niece, Eowyn (yes, like the Lady of Rohan), turned two this past saturday and I made her this dress. Last year, when she turned one, I bought her dinosaur toys and ever since she has been obsessed with dinosaurs! I found this adorable, brightly colored dinosaur fabric for the skirt and matched the orange of one of the dinosaurs for the top. There is a bow that ties in the back. Smiley
