There it is. It was just a plain long black strapless dress. I added a strap on one side that is sewn at parts to have bows in it. like THIS


that part just goes over the shoulder and repeats in the back ;

You can see my double chin AND the bow kinda.
The theme of the dance is a Black Tie Affair. Any ideas on how I can jazz up the bows and make them a little more obvious and funky?

they are pretty easy to make.
I freestyled it but it's pretty much just sewing feathers on a metal headband.

My sister reallllllllllyy (notice the extra letters for emphasis) likes those feather headbands so (being my frugal self) I made her one for Christmas!
