This is the biggest piece I ever made and took me about 70 hours, spread out over more than four months. I was so happy when I was finally done.
And now it's off the frame the top is straight again.  Smiley

It's based on the poster for the movie In The Loop.

I pretty much made it up as I went along, so the fact that it actually works makes me very happy.

Then I tried to put a heart on the side, but just winging it clearly didn't work there. Cheesy

It's based on a youtube clip of a deleted scene from the show www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T0Ofr6VYMI. He says tea towel, but I didn't have one handy. Smiley

My first go at blackwork and I'm actually quite pleased with it. I'm still looking for the spelling/grammar mistake. I always make one and only ever see it once I'm done, but here I have yet to spot it.


I made this in about fifteen hours. Most of the work is in the border, which was a pain in the neck. I'm still considering putting something in between the lions, but can't think of anything that fits both the space and the piece.
