11  Motley Crue : Dr. Feelgood Scrubs in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by BeastMS3 on: June 19, 2009 02:07:27 PM
I got the idea for this because of it being the 20th Anniversary of the Dr. Feelgood album.

I made a DR. stencil for the front pocket. The idea behind the 2 slashes is to symbolize XX (20), for the 20 year anniversary.

For the back I made a stencil of the famous Dr. Feelgood cover and painted it on the back.

Then just for the fun of it and to add a little something to the front. I use stage blood and put blood splatters on the front.

"He's the one they call Dr. Feelgood
He's gonna be your Frankenstein"

12  Miss Piggy Hat in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by BeastMS3 on: June 19, 2009 01:33:03 PM
Some company is coming out with these muppets hats and I'm a big animal fan. So I purchased the hat and my friends daughter loved it, but she is a Miss Piggy fan. Well I told her I would try to find her one and I couldn't find it. So I told her I would make her one. She loved it, so here it is for you all to see.

I started with a pink hat, airbrushed it flesh tone, hand painted the face, and then cut a nose out of a thin sheet of foam, painted that to match the hat and glued it on.

Just to put something on the back I signed Miss Piggy's name.

Here you can see I hot glued the wig into place and using the this sheet of foam I made and added the ears.

13  Beetlejuice Snake in Halloween Decor and Parties by BeastMS3 on: June 19, 2009 12:56:57 PM
Last Halloween I wanted a Beetlejuice snake railing for a party and I love a challenge. So I tried my best and here is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy.

I used drainage tubing from Home Depot. Then I placed 2 different fabrics on the tube to make it look like snakeskin.

Here I use a atificial pumpkin, a 8in styrofoam ball, and 2 3in styrofoam balls. Cut out holes for the eyes and hot glue the 3in styrofoam balls in the holes. Cut the 8in styrofoam ball in half and hot glue that to the bottom of the pumpkin, which is now the top of the head.

I covered (part 1) with plaster cast strips and shaped out the rest of the face. Then I cut out the mouth, shaped it out with plaster cast strips, and then added teeth (hot glue and 1in nails).

Covered the entire head in mask latex. Then painted the face with latex mask paint.

Here I added the hair and put it on display.

14  Wyld Stallyns : Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by BeastMS3 on: June 18, 2009 08:29:35 PM
I'm a fan of Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure and I wanted a Wyld Stallyns shirt. So I took a white T, stencils out the designs and put them on the shirt. I put the band logo on the front of the shirt and the design on the back is taken from the shirt Bill wore in the movie. To keep this shirt fairly true to the movie I use colored sharpie markers for everything. If it fades real bad during the first wash I will use airbrush paint. "Be excellent to each other and .... Party on Dudes!"
