3  Funky skully n flower headband! in Crochet: Completed Projects by JamisonKlein on: September 13, 2009 11:52:51 PM
I'll admit this isn't my proudest project! But it only took half an hour, was a great way to practice some simple steps and just might work for a friends halloween costume! Nevermind me looking like a hot mess....it was a VERY long/dismal day at work.....

4  Black rose crochet scrunchie in Crochet: Completed Projects by JamisonKlein on: September 11, 2009 01:03:37 AM
So I just made this really pretty and simple scrunchie! All I did was basically double stitch all the way around a simple hair elastic using vanna white acrylic yarn in this really pretty pink/white blend and tied in a black rose bead I had left over from a reconstructed necklace. I love how it turned out but unfortunately, my mane is too thick to wear it!

5  My very first crochet tam hat! in Crochet: Completed Projects by JamisonKlein on: September 06, 2009 08:29:05 PM
Soooo, long story short, I *was* new here on craftster about 2 mos ago, tried my hand at knitting and got bored with trying to figure out circulars and taking forever to make scarves! So my roommate was kind enough to enlighten me to the whole idea of crochet, and I was like WOW! THIS IS GREAT! So 3 days into it, here is my first Tam hat:

I made it with this weird fuzzy acrylic yarn I picked up on *SALE* (I lovey ze sales!) at Joann fabrics, and just did this whole mesh thing until I was happy with the result. Let me know what ya think!
