1  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Food Preservation? on: June 10, 2009 08:19:43 AM
HI Craftster!
Okay, so my question is....is there any way that I can preserve food, like with a schlack or varnish or something? Are there any craft products that are designed specifically for coating food so they stay preserved and shiny?  I found these ridiculous cookies at the store and want to make them into magnets. Simple craft but I can't seem to find any info on how to preserve them.
Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated!
