1  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Triptych ATC swap? on: January 21, 2010 12:12:48 PM
This is just a vague idea, but I was thinking of triptych ATCs. Each card would be able to stand on it's own as a work of art, but all three together would make a continuous picture. I'm not sure about any details (like I said, it's a vague idea, very vague , obviously Smiley). Just wanted to see what people thought.
2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Mini Creepy Dolls on: October 03, 2009 10:02:09 PM

I was wondering if there's going to be anther mini creepy doll swap?
3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Message cards on: August 09, 2009 11:56:21 AM
I did a search for message cards on Craftster and couldn't find anything, so....

I had never heard of these until recently. I work in a library and while checking in books I found this card in one of the books (it had two cartoon penguins on it, but the text was in spanish, so I have no idea what is said) on the back it had "Pass it on, Message card" printed on it. So, I did an internet search. For anyone (like me) who may not have heard of them, they are business card sized (2"x3") with inspirational/humerous quotes on them that are then passed out to family, friends, or whoever.

Anyway, I thought maybe people at Craftster might be interested in making these (they could be included with swaps or something).
Also, since they are mainly a decorative background with a quote it would be something easy to work on when you feel like making something but aren't really focused enough to work on something serious.

I don't know, it seemed like an interesting idea to me, and I think handmade ones would be much nicer than manufactured ones.

Opinions/comments?
4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Rinchines and rolos on: June 22, 2009 09:22:48 PM
I was at this site,

http://www.atcsforall.com/index.php

I checked the FAQ and the forum (didn't look like there was a place to ask questions) so I thought someone here could tell me what are "rinchines" and "rolos"?

Thanks in advance.
5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / .99 Only stores on: June 15, 2009 01:31:55 PM
Hope this is the right place to put this.

I went in the .99 Only store today. They have acid-free glue sticks, acid-free double stick tape and packs of "Paperbilities" scrap paper. Small packs (2.5 oz. I think, about 4"-6" pieces depending on the pack). I thought it was a pretty good deal. They have stickers and other stuff too, but, I'd never seen acid-free stuff and the scrap paper there before.

Anyway, thought it might be of intrest to someone (besides me) Cheesy
