171  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Wall Art Swap 2 (Signups to 9/16/10 Send out by 10/15/10) on: September 06, 2010 06:08:06 PM
Oops, sorry  Embarrassed  didn't mean to be a pain and make you change the details of the swap. Just wanted to be clear on everything (the point system has always kind of confused me, doh!).

O.K. I'm sending my questionnaire  Smiley

Thank you, muddy 21 Smiley that makes me feel a lot better.

Am I the only one that has a hard time converting the point system to crafts that aren't specifically mentioned in the examples?

3 Points (Large)
Time-3 or more hours (I could spend 3 hours on something 5"X5" but obviously couldn't count that as a "large"
Size-shawl, shirt, skirt, set of jewelry w/4-5 items, purse (I have no idea how to convert that to wall art)
Price-$30.00 or more (sadly, there's no way I could afford that at the moment).

I know you have to use common sense, I just worry that I wouldn't judge accurately and I wouldn't want my partner to feel cheated.

I have a few (I hope not too stupid) questions Smiley

What minimum size for the artwork are we talking (approximately, in inches)?

Is it supposed to be sent matted/framed?

What is the average mailing cost (again, approximately) Both my husband and I have had our hours cut recently (more time for crafts Smiley less money to spend on crafts/mailing:( )

I hope that these questions aren't too stupid, I just don't want to get in over my head and (more importantly) don't want to disappoint a partner.
