1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Crochet coasters on: August 22, 2012 03:58:00 AM
This was one of my very first crocheting projects.

I wanted to use crochet cotton for something but i wasnt good enough at the time to use it for tops of some towels so i did this.
I love verigated cotton as it gives great colours and patterns

Thanks For Looking  Cheesy
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Grandma's Crcoheting - Pic heavy on: August 22, 2012 02:00:07 AM
I recently visited my Grandparents place and thought i'd take some pics of Grandma's work. She does soo much its not funny.
She gives allot of it away to her church or what they sell, she gives them the money.

cc is welcome and will be passed onto her, i hope you all enjoy it as much as I have  Grin

Grandmas calls this one mile-a-minute, we cant find the correct term for it so if someone knows please feel free to tell me Smiley

These are pillows made by using a crevron stitch and then stuffed

Again, cant remember what stitch this one is but Gmar referes to it as her baby rug

The kitty cat rug

The hat rug which is my favourite, i love the colours

These are milk jug covers, the stitch is soo fine that even i dont have the patience for it.

Hope you all enjoyed the pics Smiley
3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / New look recipe box on: December 02, 2011 04:53:30 AM
I recently bought a recipe box but i didnt like the style and i was looking for a new look.
I used stickers, as i have a bad obsession for them lol
Here is the old pic, what the box looked like before i did anything to it

And now here it what it looks like now

4  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Blankets for Kiddies on: July 26, 2011 09:48:44 PM
I've been told to make some blankets for my two nieces and one nephew because they have stolen the rug i made for my sister's birthday - she wants hers back lol.
Ive made two of three so far. Its a good way to get rid of stored up wool - kids love lots of colours.

I have finished the last rug and thought id just add it to this post, saves making another one. This rug is for the boy of the group, hope he likes it!

These two images are of the next two rugs I intend on making, enjoy Smiley

5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / My version of Zentangles on: January 14, 2011 08:01:53 PM
These are some of the completed Zentangles that I have done.
As you can see I like to use colour and I found that i'd rather colour in my pictures rather than just using a black pen.
I hope you like them and all CC is appreciated.

6  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / tea pot coaster on: May 07, 2010 04:47:19 AM
I saw Rag rug recently and it got me thinking about doing one but using wool, so i went looking for a pattern and this was my first project.
I started with the yellow wool, and i didn't have a clue what i was going to use it for..i was just having fun crocheting a circle instead of a square!!! Then my partner said to make a teapot coaster and then i thought i'd make two so the heat wouldn't be so intense on the table.
Hope you like:)

thanks for looking:)
