1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / RECORD FLOWERS!!! on: December 24, 2004 05:36:41 PM
This was one of the best mistakes I've ever made!!  I was actually trying to make a record bowl out of 45's,  but it turns out that they were too small.....so I decided to make flowers instead.  I love them!!!  I just attached two green bamboo skewers to each one and added a leaf.  I hope you like them, too!!

2  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Stenciled T of my g-ma on: December 24, 2004 12:39:35 PM
This was my first stencil....and I love the way it turned out! It's a picture of my grandma when she was younger. Kinda weird, I know.  But I thought she looked so pretty in this pic that I made a shirt out of it.
3  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / bandana purse! on: December 24, 2004 12:18:25 PM
Here's another purse I made out of a bandana and ribbon.
I just folded the bandana into the shape I wanted and sewed all around it. The strap is made out of three different ribbons layed on top of each other then sewed down the middle.
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / flowery skirt on: December 24, 2004 12:13:05 PM
Here's a skirt and belt thing I made with some fabric from the 70's.
5  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / PICTURE FRAMES----pop cans, decoupage on: December 24, 2004 10:28:38 AM
These are some frames I made a couple months ago.

These two are made out of 1in. trim board and pop cans which are just stapled on.

These two are made out of 1in. trim board covered in comics and magazine clippings.
6  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / duct tape purses---records, comics, lace, and fabric on: December 21, 2004 06:36:55 PM
This is my first attempt at making purses,  but I'm very pleased with the way they turned out.

This one is made out of duct tape, clear packing tape, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics.

This one is a little more girly.  I made it out of duct tape, clear packing tape, pink polka dot fabric, lace, and pictures of my favorite bands.  I also added some cardboard to the top rim to make it more sturdy.

This one is made out of two 45's and black duct tape.

Please, let me know what you think of them!!!!
