3  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / "Edward Cullen "-Jacket..... on: December 05, 2010 06:56:16 AM
dialogue between me and my nine year old son:

me:  hey kid! we need a new jacket for you! Your old one is to small!

son: I don't want a toddler jacket anymore! I want a jacket like the one Edward is wearing
       in "Twilight"!  Shocked
And mom, we don't have to loose time to search it in a store. These jackets are to
expensive for the quality they offer there! It would be easier to find a good fabric and then
you can sew it for me!!!  Shocked Huh

I asked myself if i had abused my son to much using him as an alibi for looking the Twilight movies.... Huh And where the hell can I find a foto of that jacket??

In the web I found this:

http://wardrobedilemma.com/dilemmas/67

http://community.isawitin.com/photo/edward-cullen-jacket-twilight

And after a few days and using 2 m of pure wool fabric in dark grey this is what came out:

I hope you enjoy the pics (and sorry for my bad english....)

Have a nice day, Monica

Welcome to all! Please don't care for my bad english. I'm german, 4..... years old and i live in Italy since 1989.
This is my first quilt, it's not a traditional one and i designed it by myself. For the center i used a drawing of my friend's nine year old daughter. The quilt is for my friend's babyboy.
I hope you'll like it.

Have a nice day and greetings from Italy, Monica
