1  Photo Candles in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Channyne on: July 01, 2009 10:35:01 PM
An old time photo (digi), tissue paper, a little wax paper, a candle, my printer and heat embosser.... these are so quick and easy and I found the perfect gift for this occasion.

I made these for my Mother in-law and all her sisters for the anniversary of their Mothers death.

2  Baby Girl Chandelier in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by Channyne on: June 29, 2009 11:52:41 PM
When I saw that chandeliers were being highlighted I was so excited to see everyone's work. I quickly realized I had never shared mine so thought I'd post to see what ya'all thought. I revamped this chandelier for my daughter back in February for her arrival in April. Her room is red, pink and white...

Miss Mallory's Boudoir:

Found this for $8.

Sprayed it white - $4 can of spray paint.

Cleaned all the crystals.

New bulbs $2, new socket covers $7 and valentine clearanced red roses $6.

Electrical conversion kit $9.

Before I hung it I sewed a chain cover made from curtains that I found on clearance for $2!

here is her whole room on my site:

How fun! As a geek wife I can relate... check out this cake I made my man a while back. He's a traveling geek by occupation:

I made these for my little girl using the wooden door hangers sold at Michaels for eighty-nine cents each, my Cricut, the Cuddlebug and lots of various punches.
