Wow! What an amazing gallery so far! I have been MIA for so long due to lightening strike, but I did receive a stunning package from Spidersweb.
Here is the amazing summer blouse she made and the herb bundle I received. The blouse is so comfy, light and flowy I wish I had an action shot for you all! I think she drafted her own pattern for this as well based on my measurements!!
I did take a close up of the amazing stitching and fabric. I am not brave enough to attempt sewing on such delicate fabric but her blouse looks flawless! You can see how light and sheer this fabric is, perfect for the 95+ degree weather and all the horrid humidity we have been having this year. I just layer it with a light tank and I am good to go! Thank you so much spidersweb! I hope you package has shown up to you by now, I know it is horribly late and I apologize for that. The thunderstorms this year have been amazing and not something I am used to, in Portland it rained ALL the time but it was never a storm, it was just wet and gloomy. In Jersey we have had some knock out, banging, flashing, crazy ass storms that have left the dog, cats, and the girls running for Momma and Daddy!
I don't know about flawless. I learned a lot about sewing chiffon on this project. I just tried to keep the not so good parts in the underarms.

I got my package from
Whileiteraining yesterday when I got home from work!

Thank you so much for my apron and locket. I'm always cooking and can use another apron!
