I can't believe how much people have gotten done already!  I feel so behind!  I have to finish up a couple resends on the ATC swap before I can really start on anything else, but I did add one thing to my list that I did tonight.  I can't cross it off, because it's an ongoing project, but I want to try out at least one new recipe each week, preferably using ingredients that are sort of out of my comfort zone, or things that I think I don't like (like tonight's recipe, Stuffed Acorn Squash Boats, I didn't like squash when I was a kid, but I've recently rediscovered it!)

You can go to my blog (link's in my signature) if you want more information or gratuitous ingredients/cooking pictures.  I'm not posting it on Craftster because I got the recipe out of a cookbook so I don't know if I can share it (it's not on my blog either, in case that's why you want to go look), but they were delicious!  I hope this follows the blog linking rules, I've had the link in my signature, but I've never told people to go before.

Success at last!  Here are the pieces I sent to sg1psychopath:

Hope she loved them!  The beaded one is one of my favorites, but I had so much dun on all my pieces this round.

Holy cow, blank wooden matryoshkas are amazing!  Where did you find those?

I need to get my crafting mojo back.  I'm so unmotivated by the heap of junk that has become my desk.  I think it's all craft related stuff finally, but I just don't know what to do with it all!  Every time I feel like working on something, I know that it will take a good couple of hours just to dig out my work space, before I can even get started, and I give up.  Bla.  Tomorrow is the day I think, I'm just going to make myself do it!

ETA:  I'm adding a photo.  I'm hoping it's embarrassing enough to make me want to fix it ASAP.  And, I'm hoping to find a couple of missing ATC's under all that.  I don't think it's actually quite as bad as it is in this picture.  I have had to dig a couple things out for some craft activities at my daughter's playgroup.  I'm really trying to break the habit of cleaning by moving piles around (which as you can see, has mostly ended up here), and actually put things where they belong.  I finally moved out a bookshelf and some crates so that all the things that are cluttering my desk can actually have a home instead of being in a roaming pile of stuff.

I am blown away with all the projects people are finishing!  I'm pretty proud for getting one done in a week.

I finally finished the card for my Eye Spy bag, what I thought would be the simple part really ended up being a pain in the butt!  I'm also maybe 1/2 of the way done cleaning up my work area, I'm hoping to finish tonight after my bug goes to bed.

1. Eye spy bag for O 1/9/10

2. Button wreath
3. One page (at least) in my altered book journal each week (0/52) Better get on it for this week!
4. Knitting needle roll
5. Taggy book
6. Felt food for O (not sure how to break this up, as I hope to make lots!  It will probably be more than one item on my list, maybe I'll count every 5 or so...)
7. Paint picnic table
8. Felted bowls/boxes
9. Le Sac dress
10. Necklace for Sister
11. Embroidered napkin set
12. Leg warmer socks
13. Finish ABC altered puzzle
14. Learn to carve my own stamps (since I bought a kit months ago)
15. Organize, organize, organize (got the tree down finally, and dragged out some extra shelving for me.  Now to tackle the giant pile of stuff where my desk should be!)
16. Learn to crochet, make an amigurumi
17. Coffee cozy/sleeve of some sort
18. Felt mail kit for O
19. Roman shades using this tutorial
20. Vegetable garden (and keep it alive this year!)
21. Case for camera

Sorry for being so long in posting.  I am loving all the pieces people are getting, and the finished puzzles look fabulous!

I've received my last three sets of pieces:

from seeuudee

The incandescent one is really more purple than green,  and I love all the beads and bits she used!

from sg1psychopath (did you get my pieces yet?  They're the last ones that are still out there)

I really like the blue and pink glittery one, and I wish I could paint small like the little blossoms.

from lindsayrose

I love the brown one.  It looks like a pile of leaves that I want to jump into.

And here's my puzzle after Round 2:

I have seven pieces to do, I'll do at least one, but I think I can get the rest done with friends and family, because I can't wait to start a themed puzzle in the next round!  I'm just thrilled with this one, now I just have to figure out how I'm going to display it!

And here are some pieces I've sent that I know have been received:
for gala_apples.  Reading/books themed:

The red one is just reading/book related pictures from French and Russian language books I have, and the one on the right is thesaurus entries for read, word, and journey.  I always photograph my own stuff on dictionary pages, and that one really blends right in to the page!

and for lindsayrose.  Grunge themed:

I'm so happy with the way the left one turned out.  It's a new technique I tried out, laying paint on really thick and then mushing it around under a piece of plastic wrap and letting it dry like that.  It's really texturey, and it was the first idea I had when I heard her theme.

Thanks so much to everyone for making this a great swap!  We've still got a few pieces out there, please check the status update on the first page and let me know if I'm missing any information!

Lots of drummers around.  mr. bunnface is out practicing his drumming this very moment.  That My Chemical Romance piece is amazing!  And I love the Beatles piece, the flowers are a perfect touch.

I received from Krafty_Karasu today as well:

A matryoshka piece, which I love!  It's got little jewels, and the matryoshkas are so cute!  And another pirate piece.  The detail on this piece is amazing!  There is glitter that is the perfect size for treasure in the treasure chest, chains and jewels, and lovely blue sequins for the water.  I think it's one of my favorite pieces for my puzzle, and I LOVE all my pieces so much!  Thanks Krafty, they're awesome!

I love all the cards posted!  I've been missing out, with a sick baby, daddy, and me for what seems like forever.  I received a beautiful button themed card from schnerby last week.

I love it, especially the beautification of the corrugated cardboard!  Who'd have thunk it could look so nice?  Unfortunately it got a bit unstuck in the post.  Does anyone have any tips for gluing paper onto a packaging material that feels kind of like vellum?  And then also for gluing a plastic button onto paper?  I've already had to reclaim the button from my baby bandit, even after thinking I had it safely stored away until I figured out how to reattach all the parts.

I love that lady bug piece!  What is your theme again?  Song lyrics, right?  Anyway, like I know I've said to pretty much everyone posting, I can't wait to see your puzzle!

I received pieces from smmarrt last week, but had a missing camera (found it in the glove box of the car.  At least it was safe!)

I love love LOVE both of them!  The "steal a kiss" music piece is so gorgeous, and I love the Craftster piece too.  It will be perfect in the very bottom corner.  mr. bunnyface finds it especially appropriate that crazy and cranky follow so closely after crafty in the dictionary, as I can definitely get that way when I'm crafting, especially with a deadline.  Thanks so much smmarrt!

I received from gala_apples the other day.  She didn't send more Manowar pieces, but these are just as good.

I love the happy little cloud, and the spider actually reminds me of some of the big nasties that have been creeping around our garage lately.

Thanks gala!

I love the bearded lady!  And all of the non-paper ATC's this month have been amazing.  It's beyond me how you ladies figure those out!

I got a lovely letter of the alphabet card (my first, I need some more letters now!) from calluna.  It's so sparkly, and has Bonnie & Clyde, who I did a huge research project on in school, so they've got a special place in my heart.  She used one of the pieces from her ABCs of Iniquity puzzle.  She wasn't totally happy so she sent me an extra piece as well, though I'm very happy with the card Smiley

I is for Illegal by calluna

I also love the envelope (Joan Jett, right?) and that she didn't glue it, so I can make a template out of it.  I'll have to find something to do with this one, I don't think I can re-use it to send away!
