I zigzagged some fancy yarns , in spirals onto thick black felt, and the sewed my handmade buttons on to them.
Made me dizzy, but it's quite addictive!

I bought a 2nd hand jacket which was plain blue. I handstitched some details, quite clumsily, my stitching aint so great, but I just carried on regardless. I  used embroidery thread. I then sewed on my handmade buttons.
I hope my sewing teacher from school never inspects it, but I like it.

I bought this denim jacket 2nd hand, then appliqued fabric scraps (I never throw anything away!) and lace on to it, and then finished it off with my handmade buttons.

I made these brooches by machine zigzagging fancy yarn onto thick black felt, then added my handmade buttons. I put a safety pin on the back as a fastener. I ended up making lots of them as it was quite hypnotic doing the spiral zigzagging!
