I was curious, cause i've heard about the toe up socks with out a mate can often become the bags filled with rice. My grammy made them out of fabric one year, but out of fabric, i mean heavy, thick brocade fabric. I'd like to knit one out of the dejected/abandoned sock I made. If there isnt a pattern i could probably develop one myself but I'm hoping it doesnt come to that.

I bought some yarn yesterday that was a really good deal but i didnt really get enough to make a big projects, it's 200 yards of some rather plain black nylon styleyarn from Berocco I'm pretty sure. Anyone have any ideas?

does anyone know of any? possibly with diagrams or pattern. I did find the bunny translated into english but i was looking for something else

So far I've tried a few things to no avail, i'm wondering if anyone has/knows of a pattern that can work up on fairly larger needles? I've looked at the magknits pattern but can't justify using size 3 needles. I have size 7 and 10 dpn's and would like to work with those.

is there any place to find a basic form for a doll body? something online perhaps? I had an idea but i havent quite figured out the art of doll making just yet..
