1  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Want to get started with warm glass... help? on: February 04, 2012 07:01:09 PM
I'm looking into getting started with glass fusing.
There's some good sites with bits of info...
I've read everything I could here and on some of the links suggested...
But I still feel like I'm lacking info or opinions.

Can you tell my what types of kiln you use and why?

I've been a glass blowing apprentice (for not long enough!), so have worked with hot glass, and I've done some torch-work with beads... So I have a basic foundation to build on.

I just don't want to go out and spend $500-$1500 on a set up, just to think "oops, I should've got the other one!"

Thanks for any help!
